ITEMS FOR FIRST APPOINTMENT.

Referral from your General Practitioner/Specialists

X-rays/Imaging or other tests results

Patients will receive a SMS reminder and e mail confirmation letter prior to their appointment. 

If patients are attending for subsequent visits, your letter will stipulate whether or not a new referral will be required.

 

 

PATIENT PORTAL ON CLINIC TO CLOUD

You will be required to log in to https://www.clinictocloud.com,  you will be required to change your password (through the forgotten password section) upon first entering the site. You have to approve the consent. After your consultation you may view your: investigation results, clinical documents and imaging studies, at any time via Clinic to Cloud.

 

DURATION OF APPOINTMENTS

Initial consultations will be 25 minutes with review consultations of 15 minutes or longer if required.

HOW DO I PAY

Payment is required at the time of consultation via cash, cheque or Visa/Mastercard/American express. Once payment is done, Medicare rebate may be claimed on your behalf, at the time of consultation to be paid in to your account.  Medicare will NOT rebate your consultation fee to a credit card.

Parking is available in all the locations

INVESTIGATION FOR SURGERY

Depending on the surgery, you may be required to have blood tests and x-rays prior to your admission to hospital. 

Patients undergoing replacement joint surgery will be required to attend a Pre-Admission Clinic at the Hospital. Your blood tests and x-rays will need to be undertaken prior to this Clinic.

 

 

ADMISSION FOR SURGERY

You will be required to complete the Patient Information Form provided by the admitting hospital

You will need to contact the Hospital the afternoon prior to your surgery for an admission time and your fasting details.​
